Welcome to Self-Connection Therapy!

I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and my goal is to make therapy a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe to be yourself. At Self-Connection Therapy & Wellness, I help clients slow down, make sense of their experiences, and develop tools for greater self-compassion and clarity.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and self-compassion-focused therapy. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, or major life transitions, we’ll work together to build awareness, resilience, and confidence.

This practice is built on the belief that the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself, and that strengthening it transforms all other parts of your life as well.

About the Owner

I’m Tasha Quinn, the owner and founder of Self-Connection Therapy & Wellness. I’ve been a therapist for over 10 years and specialize in helping women who feel pressure to do everything right but struggle to feel good enough underneath it all. My work often centers around perfectionism, self-criticism, and learning to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Alongside my therapy practice, I work in higher-education administration and am a professor who teaches about psychological and behavioral disorders. All roles reflect my passion for understanding people and helping them grow, whether it’s through therapy or education.

Outside of work, you can find me recharging by cooking, rollerblading, and indulging my love of crafting and stationery. I’m often reminded that self-care doesn’t have to be perfect or polished; it just has to be meaningful to you. I hope to connect with you and have the pleasure of supporting you in your journey of living a life that feels aligned to who you are.
