Talk Therapy Services
We offer individual psychotherapy available for teens and adults, ages 12+. At this time, therapy sessions are offered virtually through a HIPAA-compliant online platform. I am able to work with clients who reside and are located within the State of Illinois. After meeting and assessing the scope of therapy, we will decide on a schedule and frequency that best fits your needs (weekly, bi-weekly or, something more suitable).

What to Expect?
Therapy is a space just for you—where you can bring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Our work together will be collaborative, meaning we’ll explore what’s most important to you and find strategies that fit your life.
Most sessions are 53-minute video sessions held in a dedicated virtual space designed for your privacy and comfort. You can easily access this space from a computer or mobile device. Each session is shaped by your needs in the moment, whether we’re processing and naming emotions or focusing on problem-solving and building specific skills. The structure is flexible because what matters most is meeting you where you are that day. Together, we’ll create a space that supports your growth and honors your unique journey.
I work with a range of clients, but I specialize in supporting high-functioning women who feel pressure to do everything right yet still struggle to feel good enough. Many of my clients deal with perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, or self-doubt—even when they appear confident and capable on the outside. In our work together, therapy becomes a space to slow down, understand what’s underneath, and learn to care for yourself without the constant inner pressure.

Investing in Therapy
I believe that therapy is an investment in yourself, and I strive to make the process as transparent and accessible as possible. Below, you'll find details about my pricing and payment options:
I am in-network with BCBS (BlueCross BlueShield), Aetna and United Healtcare/Optum PPO insurance plans. To ensure you have a clear understanding of your coverage, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits and determine any out-of-pocket costs you may be responsible for.
Insurance Clients
For clients with insurance plans I am not in-network with, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. While I am happy to support you in navigating this process, I recommend contacting your insurance provider first to understand your out-of-network coverage for therapy.
Out-of-Network Clients
For clients who prefer not to use insurance benefits, I offer private pay options where you pay the full fee for therapy out of pocket. Choosing private pay provides the benefit of maintaining greater privacy, as your therapy information remains separate from health insurance records and is not included in your medical record.
